The Modern Player Mustang in Daphne Blue pays homage to some of the most popular attributes of this timeless guitar. A short 24" scale neck makes playing the Modern Player Mustang effortless and enjoyable, taking all of the work out of clean fretting and chord stretches. The Modern Player also features the dual pickup slider switches for on-off phase switching for unique tone combinations.

Whilst tradition has been respected, the Modern Player Mustang also delivers plenty of modern and unique twists. A pair of MP90 soapbar pickups give the Mustang a beautiful array of tones, from crisp cleans through to edgy crunch. There's plenty of output from these overwound single coil pickups to give you enough power to drive your amp hard. A modern 9.5" radius fingerboard gives you the best of both worlds between easy chord barring and comfortable bends and solo work. The guitar is a wonderful hybrid between the vintage traditions of the Mustang, and the modern demands of players.
