Offering a perfect balance between ensuring a secure firm grasp, and still delivering an easy smooth transition, allowing you to precisely traverse the fretboard. The maple neck and fretboard also hold fantastic tonal qualities, providing a beautiful, bright characteristic to the tone and a clear dynamic sensitivity. All of this results in an exciting guitar that offers an incredible performance.
High quality electronics
Equipped with a set of Player series pickups in a HSS configuration, the guitar has all the capabilities to fully capture every essence of its natural sound. Infused with the essence of Fender, these versatile pickups offer that instantly recognisable and iconic tone. Full sonic shaping is provided by a five-position toggle switch, two tone controls and a master volume, allowing you to really make this tone your own, delivering a sound which is perfect for a wide variety of playing styles.
Floyd Rose Tremolo
For many years Floyd Rose has been the leading manufacturer and designer of floating, locking tremolos. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years, the Floyd Rose locking tremolo allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch with the removable whammy bar to create unique sounds such as dive bombs. Unlike non-locking tremolos, the Floyd Rose bridge can make huge changes in pitch but still retain the initial tuning by addition of the locking nut at the end of the headstock.
The History of the Stratocaster
When many people think of an electric guitar, this is the one that leaps to mind. The Stratocaster is one of the world's most popular guitars and is an elegantly versatile creation. Not long after Fender revolutionised music with the Telecaster and the Precision Bass, in 1954 they debuted the Stratocaster and it quickly became universally regarded as the archetypal electric guitar. Sleek and stylish aesthetics, smooth playing and tonally versatile, at the heart the Stratocaster remains a fantastic instrument - producing unmistakable sound with a timeless design. A first choice among players worldwide, there is simply nothing that sings, screams, whispers, moans, roars, rocks and rolls like a Fender Stratocaster.
