What’s more, the inclusion of phantom power (48V) allows you to easily integrate condenser microphones into your set-up. Want to record direct feeds of bass, guitars and keyboards? No problem! Press the sensitivity switch to flick between line and microphone inputs. Should you be recording multi-mic’d set-ups then the polarity button will prove useful. With "ratios" ranging from subtle (1:1-4:1) to extreme (6:1-∞), you'll be able to determine the exact amount your signal is reduced by. Adjust the "threshold" to determine the point at which the compressor engages.
