The solid top of this Sigma masterpiece has been magnificently constructed from European Alpine spruce, offering abundantly rich tones with bell-like qualities. Alpine spruce produces more 'ringing' tones than other spruce varieties, giving you a crystal-clear chime that can pierce through any mix. Warm overtones and great projection are then provided by walnut back and sides. Walnut has the glorious ability to produce a subtle hint of brightness that gradually gets stronger with age, whilst its midrange emphasis ensures exceptional sonic balance.
