The Studio Electronics Amp Eurorack Module provides exceptional audio fidelity and performance thanks to the 3 pairs of hand matched transistors and 2-stage Class A discrete design. Versatile Connectivity & Control

The SE Amp Module includes 6 patch points in total for versatile modulation control. Of these 6 patch points, four are CV inputs providing control for the envelope, modulation and volume parameters. Designed by modular expert Tim Caswell, the Amp module provides everything you need to boost your audio performance of your modular gear. It features two attenuverters and two attenuation pots for detailed and complex expression. One of the most unique features of the Studio Electronics Amp is the Drive and Drone switches. The Drive switch provides the same overdrive circuits, taken from the Boomstar desktop, delivering everything from a subtle bite to 70s-style distortion and fuzz. The Drone switch provides an endless sustain of the last note you played, providing a continuous and droning tone.

Design & Layout

The highly compact design only requires 8HP of rack space, ideal for the space conscious user. The faceplate is stylish yet robust, uniformed with the rest of the Boomstar modular range. It includes 4 precision rotary pots, providing optimal control over the Input, ST1 CV2, ST2 CV2 and Output. The 6 patch points also include an Input and Output connection for added flexibility. Additionally, the amp comes with a ribbon cable attached for convenience.
