Shaped for comfort. Ideal for practice. With a hand finished body, the Gear4music student violin is crafted from maple and Canadian spruce. These tonewoods are chosen because of their lightweight, strong and flexible nature. Resilient design and reliable construction. To protect against cracks forming at the edge of the instrument, you can find traditional inlaid purfling on the violin’s top. Traditional looks, so you can fit into any ensemble. The hand sprayed varnish gives a classic orange-brown appearance.
An instrument student’s will want to learn on. You get an easy-playing instrument that produces a warm and smooth tone throughout the registers. Any player just starting out will not want to stop practicing. A traditional fitted maple bridge, jujube ebonized fingerboard and maple neck allow easy and quick shifting between positions.
Quick response and stable pitch. The long-life, steel core strings are ideal for beginners. The strings' coloured silk wrappings also help students with identification and provide friction against the pegs. The strong, metal tailpiece is fitted with four integral tuners to aid students in achieving accurate tuning quickly and easily.
